We understand that family schedules change and unexpected events occur. Should it be necessary to cancel your registration, we require an email notification at info@bwmschool.org no later than March 3, 2024 to receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50. As a significant amount of the cost of enrichment camp is invested before the start of camp, no refunds will be issued after March 3, 2024. Once we are notified that your camper will not be attending via email, we can make the space available for another child.
