We understand that family schedules change and unexpected events occur. Should it be necessary to cancel your registration, we require an email notification at info@bwmschool.org no later than June 11, 2023 to receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $50. As a significant amount of the cost of summer enrichment camp is invested months before the start of camp, no refunds will be issued after June 11, 2023, but cancellations can be used toward another 2023 camp week subject to space availability. Once we are notified that your camper will not be attending, we can make the space available for another child.
